Processing and delivery

Our fulfillment supplier typically dispatches confirmed orders within 1–2 business days. After dispatch, transit is usually 6–7 business days in Gujarat and 7–10 business days in other states. Some pincodes may take up to 15 business days after dispatch. Weekends, public holidays and festival congestion may add time.

These are estimates, not a guaranteed delivery date. Delivery before Diwali or another special occasion is not guaranteed. Contact us with your pincode and required date before ordering for a time-sensitive event.

Tracking and assistance

Tracking details will be shared after dispatch. For delayed, damaged or incomplete deliveries, contact lbagade6@gmail.com with your order number so we can investigate with the fulfillment partner.

Please check your address, phone number and pincode carefully. Contact us promptly if a correction is needed; changes may not be possible after dispatch.
