Returns and refunds at a glance
- Returns accepted within 7 days of delivery, for unused items in original condition and packaging.
- Damaged or incorrect items: report within 48 hours of delivery for a full refund or replacement.
- Cancel free any time before dispatch; orders are usually dispatched within 1–2 business days.
- Refunds are issued within 5–7 business days after the returned item reaches us.
When you can return an item
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery if the item is unused, in its original condition and complete packaging. To start a return, email lbagade6@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item.
Damaged, defective or incorrect items
If an item arrives damaged, defective or is not what you ordered, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos. We will arrange a free replacement or a full refund, including any shipping paid.
Cancellations
You can cancel an order free of charge any time before it is dispatched — orders are typically dispatched within 1–2 business days. After dispatch, you can refuse the parcel on delivery (cash on delivery orders) or request a return once it arrives.
Non-returnable items
For hygiene and safety reasons we cannot accept candles that have been opened or burned, items damaged after delivery, or items returned without original packaging and accessories.
Refund process and timelines
Once your return reaches us, we inspect it and notify you. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. For cash on delivery orders, refunds are made by UPI or bank transfer to an account you nominate. Shipping fees are refunded when the return is due to our error (damaged, defective or incorrect item); otherwise return shipping is borne by the customer.
